Contract offer
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), if the conditions set forth below are accepted and payment for services is made, the legal entity or individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer (in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of an offer is equivalent to conclusion of the Agreement on the conditions set forth in the offer).
The contract cannot be revoked.
The subject of this Agreement is the paid provision of educational services by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The cost of services under the Agreement is determined in accordance with the current prices and is listed on the Mivisal Soft website.
The customer has the right to a refund in the amount of 85% of the amount paid within 7 days after receiving the service.
The Contractor has the right to delay work for no more than 14 days more than the specified period.
